- Manufacturer Warranties: We facilitate manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the equipment installed.
- Workmanship: We stand behind our family promise of quality. Specific workmanship guarantees on labor are provided in writing upon completion of the service.
4. Punctuality & Gulf Coast Service Factors
We serve a wide area from Saraland to Dauphin Island and across to Fairhope. While we prioritize rapid response, Harmony Air Service is not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy coastal traffic (I-10, Bayway, or George Wallace Tunnel congestion).
- Extreme Gulf Coast weather events (tropical storms or high-humidity heatwaves).
- Manufacturer supply chain delays for specific parts or units.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Alabama law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing mold or structural damage caused by deferred maintenance or high humidity prior to our initial service call.
